Irrigation Update:
Pumphouse 2 is not operational, it is being repaired. This pump covers Palma Ceia and Buena Vista.
You can help us keep the system running by looking for debris surrounding the head or an area washing out indicating a broken head. We have no way of knowing when problems occur on each property without being contacted by the homeowner. Please contact Jennifer or if it is large break, contact me so we can take care of it right away.
Again, thank you for your patience as we continue to trouble shoot our elderly system.
Dock Update:
The DEP has our final survey and all information they have asked for to move forward on the dock issue. I was told it looked like we have submitted everything so we are just waiting for it to go up the ladder for final approval.

Link for City of Inverness permitting guidelines. Scroll to section 2.6 to read what requires a city permit if outside changes are approved by the ACC. The ACC approval does not supersede a city permit. In all cases you must have ACC approval for outside changes, it is the homeowner's responsibility to know if a city permit is also required.
